Want to start a business? You know you need a business plan. You also know that sometimes, businesses get by and some do very well without any business plan at all. Heads up: you don’t have one of those businesses.
How do I know? Okay, I don’t. But what I do know is that having a business plan (not just any business plan, but a well thought-out, thoroughly researched and often professionally written business plan) makes it almost twice as likely that your business will succeed.
If you’re bootstrapping your start-up, you might not have the capital to hire out your business plan writing. I’ve been thinking about how I can help you anyway. I think I’ll write a book.
