Business Planning for New Entrepreneurs: Are You All In? (Event Announcement)Posted by Jessica Oman
If you’re planning to launch your first business, you might not label yourself an “entrepreneur” just yet. It’s understandable that without experience in business, a financial background, or any business-related education, labelling yourself an Entrepreneur (with a capital E, natch) could feel uncomfortable.
We get that. But if you’re starting a business, that E word is guaranteed to creep into your vocabulary.
It might be scary now, but one day you’re going to be an Entrepreneur.
If you start to define what that word means to you right now – before you’ve started your business – then you’ll know when you deserve the title.
Want to know my opinion? I think as soon as you decide that the pain of what you’re doing now is greater than the pain of transitioning to entrepreneurship – then you become an Entrepreneur. You become someone who is willing to take a risk for the possibility of creating something great. Something that helps people or solves their problems. Something that will have a greater impact than anything you’ve ever done in a regular job.
Want to learn the first steps towards taking the leap to Entrepreneurship? It starts with just a little bit of planning. We’re running three free seminars in Vancouver on March 10, designed to help you learn what it’s going to take to get from ‘idea’ to ‘open’ – and how to make that process easier and simpler. We’ll see you on the 10th!
